long pants and long sleeved shirt (You will wear these in the pool for makeshift flotation methods.)

Basic toiletries (Soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste, deodorant, rash prevention - could be gold bond powder, Diaper rash ointment)
Medicine - in original labeled containers - only send enough forthe week plus 1-2 extra (Please don't change meds before camp and please make sure your Health Forms has been updated with any new medications.)
Flashlight and small battery lantern
Sleeping pad (cot is provided)
